*We have a three night minimum stay, but we

All prices are based on two people per bedroom.
Payment
We require a 50% deposit when you rent one of the apartments, payable with
cash, check or travelers check. The balance is paid upon arrival.

Cancellation policy
Your deposit is refundable, minus a $25 service charge, if you cancel at
least 30 days prior to your date of arrival for stays under one week and 90
days prior to your arrival for stays that are for one week or more. If you
must cancel your stay with us after this deadline, we will do our best to
rent the apartment. If we are successful, we'll return all your money except
the service charge.
Arrival and departure
You are welcome to arrive anytime after 2:00 pm and we ask that you depart by
10:00 am. Often we can be flexible about this, and will be more than happy to
accommodate your plans. So please feel free to inquire.
Smoking and pets
Our apartments are smoke-free apartments and pets will have to be discussed.
